Sales Officer

JOB TITLE - Sales Officer
GRADE - Executive
REPORTS TO - Team Leader
LOCATION - Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Jaipur, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION -

  •   Achieve allocated business Revenue targets.
  •   Achieve the targeted numbers of daily meetings with dealers in their area of operation.
  •   Map market and geographies for identifying prospective Distributors/Dealers.
  •   Deliver product presentations to dealers/distributors.
  •   Initiate preliminary level discussions about the company and its products with all prospective Dealers in their area of operation.
  •   Should be able to negotiate price, discounts, payment terms and order volumes with Dealers.
  •   Fill up order form duly signed off by the dealer and communicate the order to HO.
  •   Continuously monitor the performance of Dealers and support them for the liquidation of stocks.
  •   Responsible for the collection of receivables within the stipulated credit period.
  •   Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines.
  •   Ensure a high level of Dealer service & Manage difficult situations.
  •   Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
  •   Resolving queries and complaints of the Dealers as and when required.
  •   Competition tracking and analyze and devise local strategies to beat it.

 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Good understanding of Hardware Markets is desired. However, candidates having experience in dealer handling associated retail markets such as paints, electrical hardware, tools, and FMCG goods can be sourced.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, use of email and computers.
  • A graduate is preferred, however, the candidate must be at least HSC passed.
  • The candidate should have a minimum field experience of 2 years + in the related field with dealer managing skills.

 

GENERAL

  • The candidate should be a go-getter and target achiever.
  • Candidate must be well groomed and have a pleasant personality
  • He/she should be enthusiastic and energetic and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Candidate must be eager to work during the night hours 7 pm to 10 pm.

 

SALARY BAND

  • CTC of Rs.144,000 to 180,000 depending on experience level.
  • Travel, Fooding, Lodging as per company Travel policy.
  • Eligible for sales incentives, rewards & recognition and bonus based on performance parameters.

JOB TITLE - Executive Assistance To Boss

JOB DESCRIPTION

  •   Screening calls.
  •   Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  •   Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
  •   Implement and maintain office systems.
  •   Maintain schedules and calendars.
  •   Arrange and confirm appointments.
  •   Organize internal and external events.
  •   Handle incoming mail and other material.
  •   Set up and maintain filing systems.
  •   Set up work procedures.
  •   Maintain databases.
  •   Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
  •   Liaison with internal and external contacts.

JOB TITLE - Regional Sales Officer
LOCATION - Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Jaipur, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Pune

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

·         Achieve allocated business Revenue targets.
·         Lead new business development activities.
·         Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
·         Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with local & national trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
·         Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks.
·         Continuously monitor the team’s performance.
·         Accomplish organizational goals through training & motivation
·         Ensuring that the team resolves the queries and complaints of the Dealers as per TAT.
·         Accomplish organizational goals through training & motivation.
·         Track the market competition, analyze and devise local strategies to beat it.

Account's Officer

JOB PROFILE

  • Preparation of Financial Statements-Balance Sheet, Trading and Profit & Loss Account with schedules.
  • Day to day Accounting Entries (Bank, Cash, Purchase, Sales, and Services) and reconciliations
  • Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP Accounting software.
  • Knowledge of TDS, TCS Service Tax, Central Excise, Sales Tax, Provident Fund, Professional Tax.
  • Strong Computer literacy particularly MS Excel and Word
  • Supervise bookkeeping, accounting, billing, and recovery. Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes
  • Overall Monitoring and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payables.
  • Payment follow-up.
  • Status of debtor's above 60-90 days to be given on weekly basis. Steps that are taken to recover.
  • Generation of Customers Invoice & Verification of customers invoice.
  • Staff Advance Controlling & Staff travel reimbursement.
  • Fixed assets accounting
  • A self-starter and can work under pressure.
